TiTAN Suspension

TiTAN Suspension for Toyota Corolla KE70

Day 4 - Absorber Testing Record (19 Sep 03)

Before removing the old setup it would be better to take it for a measurement, so to have some form of a analysis study for the future. Every little helps.

The coil is believed to be either 8 kg/mm with internal absorber unknown. These are the two top graph. They seem consistent of each other, OK.

The rear coil is 6.5kg.mm with 48531-TA491. One of the absorber is dead because I went to construction site a couple of times and was non-patient hence driving fast and damaged it. However veterans like Mr. How and Bill seems to think the absorber is probably worn in the first place.

So, any of you guys want to check out your absorber's performance or the entire suspension performance. You should do it at: -
