LSD Debris 3
16th December 2003
There is a new conclusion regarding which oil and additive combination is better than which.
Here is a comparison between
Notice the Castrol EP 140 + Red Line's LSD friction modifier (picture below) shows foaming or bubbles. During the magnet sucking process it also manages to suck up allot. Allot was also left at the bottom of the tank.
Notice next picture elf 140 + TRANS-X LSD additive (picture below), no foaming, no bubbles, but still have allot of debris / flakes.
Not only that, after using the same magnet to try to suck away as much debris as possible..............
The magnet failed to suck up as much as the Castrol EP 140 + Red Line's LSD friction modifier. Allot are still left behind and unable to be sucked away. However these debris do not sink and stick to the bottom as shown in LSD Debris. Perhaps the container properties are different???
Perhaps this oil elf 140 + TRANS-X LSD additive have not traveled as much as the Castrol EP 140 + Red Line's LSD friction modifier during case study / investigation???
So are the points true? No foaming or bubbles are better than with? There is also a question if the Castrol EP 140 itself foams even without the Red Line's LSD friction modifier?
What about the debris magnetic properties? Hhhhhmmmmmmm, better find a nuclear physicists for interrogations :)
