"F4" shows water temperature control: -

Notice the word "COOL" on the middle left of the picture light up? the cursor is there now and is suppose to be blinking :)

Notice the 3 last bar (yellow color) on the bottom of the screen, with higher values. That's to increase fuel to reduce / avoid pinging or knocking when it is very hot or too hot.
