The mid DSD216 alone and with original passive filter.

These speakers may be non genuine, probably imitation units from China. 

Notice the green is with original passive filter. Looks like no filter at all :(

1st major cone breakup at 1.2kHz let loose without bother or control. Bad!

There is no flat range either. Only a very smooth stage from 100Hz to 600Hz. To certain extend, can push the higher limits up to around 800Hz, but this will be extremely difficult because the cone breakup is starting.....
