How do one listen?

Hearing is a secondary awareness sensor.

Usually one would look before listen, which render most of the brain’s processing power into visual than audio.

Even if there is a noise beyond the vision, it only serves as secondary warning system.

That does not mean one cannot train the brain to pay more attention to sound since the brain has 97% of untapped power.

The possibility of listening skills that could be generated is unlimited.

i.e. listening to two different sources at the same time and able to process it’s meaning plus decision making.

Or able to listen to main conversation in a car travel, while recognizing the environment noises passed.
