What is sound proof?

Sound proofing is possible when the following criteria are satisfied.

1.The source’s airspace is separated from the listener’s airspace.

2.There is no physical contact between the 2 mentioned airspace.

3.A full vacuum must envelopes either the listener or the source without physical contact.

1 & 3 is not possible in the normal world, so please do not use the term sound proofed, instead use “Noise, Acoustic or Sound” “Insulation, Reduction or Treatment”..
