MLSSA Adaptive Window
6th November 2005
Recently a new friend visited my site and found my review of MLSSA Window Technique regarding the use of Half-hanning window versus Rectangular to be inconclusive and provided me with new graphs.
Below are MLSSA Adaptive Window technique. Where used in normal space without anechoic condition provides reliable low frequency limits as oppose to standard settings.
Thanks to Eric Zhu of EAV Taiwan, Hong Kong, Shen Zhen for the following graphs
Traditional Reactangular window
Adaptive window
Comparing both
I trust Eric's feedback and capabilities. So remember to use the Adaptive technique when not using a Anechoic Chamber.
